1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RedditPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

RedditPulse is a Reddit analytics platform that provides insights and analytics based on publicly available Reddit and RedGIFs data. Our service helps users analyze public profiles, content performance, engagement metrics, and posting patterns using data accessible through public APIs and interfaces.

3. Relationship with Reddit

RedditPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "Reddit" is a registered trademark of Reddit, Inc. We are an independent third-party service that analyzes publicly available data. Our use of the name "Reddit" is solely for descriptive purposes to identify the platform whose public data we analyze.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from our platform
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any data or analytics obtained from RedditPulse
  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, or target any individual
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service without authorization
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or security measures

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

6. Payment Terms

RedditPulse accepts cryptocurrency payments only, processed through our third-party payment provider, NOWPayments.

  • Non-refundable: All payments are final and non-refundable due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions
  • Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • Price changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their next billing cycle
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails or is not completed, access to paid features will be suspended until payment is resolved

7. Reddit Account Disclaimer

RedditPulse is not responsible for any actions taken against your Reddit account by Reddit, Inc. or its moderators. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Account suspensions or bans
  • Content removal
  • Subreddit restrictions
  • Shadowbans or reduced visibility
  • Any other enforcement actions by Reddit

You use our analytics insights at your own discretion. We provide data and analysis — how you act on that information is your responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to design, code, analytics algorithms, and branding — are owned by RedditPulse and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analytics data
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with third-party services or APIs

Public API data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to change by the source platform at any time. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analytics or insights provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedditPulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue mediation before any formal legal proceedings. You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes directly with us by contacting support@redditpulse.com before initiating any claims.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
